Audition for Artists in Resonance! We're looking for several new voice parts to join us for the Spring 2010 semester!

It's officially the end of the fall 2009 semester!
Firstly, a big THANK YOU to all of you were able to come out to our semesterly show last weekend, AiRTV! We hope you had as much fun watching us as we did performing for you.
That now concludes all our shows and gigs for fall 2009.. But do not worry! We'll be back in full force for the spring 2010 semester! You could find us back on Sprouls every Monday at noon starting January 25. We will also be taking on new projects (a new CD perhaps?!) so be on the lookout for more information on that.
Thanks again for all of your support this semester and last, and we hope to see all your smiling faces next semester.

Believe it or not, the week of fall show has already come! Our semesterly showcase of songs, skits, and choreo will take place on December 4 & 5 @ 8pm. There are two different locations for the show; you could find us in 101 Morgan on Friday, and 2060 VLSB on Saturday, so mark your calendars! We hope you were all able to catch us at the West Coast A Cappella Showcase this past Friday! The performances both night were excellent. There have been videos of our performance circulating around Youtube, which you could access by clicking our Youtube link on the left side of our page.
December is just around the corner which means it is almost time for our fall show. We have been working tremendously hard and will continue to do so until the day of our show. So please save the dates of December 4 and 5, 8pm. More information on fall show will be coming soon!
Finally, we'd like to apologize for not keeping the website updated sooner in regards to the Cal-Stanford Big Sing. We had just found out on Sunday that it was canceled, and our sincerest, deepest apologies for the misinformation on our site. We, too, had prepared a Big Sing set and had it ready to be performed, and we are regretful to not have been able to perform it. We hope this does not deter you from coming to see us at future events.
Don't forget to come out to the West Coast A Capella Showcase this Friday and Saturday!
AiR will be performing Friday, so we especially hope to see you then. We've included more information (including both evening's set lists, color-coded by school) in the Events section of our page, which you could get to by scrolling to the bottom of this page.
A couple of events have been added to our events calendar, so be sure to check them out and catch us at one of our upcoming performances! We look forward to seeing you and the rest of the audiences at these exciting events!
With Berkeley back in session for about two weeks now, AiR has been working hard to ensure another great a cappella-filled year for you all!
We've been busy performing at various events throughout the past few weeks, including a welcome night at Sonoma State, various events around Berkeley's campus, and even a wedding in San Jose. We would like to thank everyone who has thus far invited us to sing at their events, and also those who came to support us at our shows.
We also had our first Sproul show last Monday, August 31, 2009 at 12pm. You could find us underneath Sather Gate every Monday at noon (except for holidays), and we will continue to bring you new songs. Don't miss out!
Check back for other upcoming events throughout the semester. If you're interested in hiring us, we would love to sing for you! Get in contact with us through the "Hire AiR" or "Contact AiR" tabs to your left.
Otherwise, we hope to see you on Sproul and at other future performances soon.

And with the conclusion of Super Sproul today, AiR is officially done for the Spring 2009 semester! We've had one heck of a year and we can't fully express our appreciation to everyone who shared in some part of it, however small, whether it was on Sproul, at a show, at a gig, or even electronic comments via e-mail or Youtube. You all contributed to a very special year for us and for that we are truly thankful.
There's still music to be made, as we are embarking on our annual Spring Tour as soon as finals are over (see event details below for our tour show). But do not fear! We will be hard at work over the summer and look for us to come out strong with new music and new faces in the fall!
Good luck with finals and have a great summer! We will see you all next school year!

The Spring semester is winding down! There are only two more weeks to go and so we will be having SPECIAL Sproul performances to celebrate!

What's going on? Guys singing girls' songs and girls singing guys' songs? Come hear our repertoire like it was often never supposed to be heard!
May 11: Super Sproul
As an end of the year celebration, we're going to sing as many songs as we can remember! Prepare for a long one as we try to blaze through our repertoire of 40+ songs! Normally can't hear us at our 12-1pm time slot? We're sure to be singing well past 1 on this date, so come join us!
Thanks so much everyone who came to watch us this past weekend! It means the world to us that we had two large and very enthusiastic audiences!!! We all hope you enjoyed the show and that our skits were not TOO lame.

Wondering what we've been up to? Glad you asked! It turns out that March is going to be a slow month for us. But FEAR NOT! We are hard at work as usual to bring you the finest a cappella we can!
You can still find us every Monday at noon by Sather Gate. We sing regardless of weather and distractions!
1) Normal: in front of Sather Gate
2) Construction: if the Sather Gate restoration is too noisy, we sing in-between Dwinelle and Wheeler.
3) Rain: come join us in the safety of the Cesar Chavez Breezeway (in-between the Student Learning Center and the Cal 1 Card office)
We rotate songs and soloists every week so you can expect to hear something fresh every week!
Other than that, we are preparing for our Spring Show, which will be on Fri and Sat, April 17-18 in 105 North Gate Hall! Theme and other details are still hush-hush and under wraps, but expect to get more details from us as the date approaches! We've got a bunch of new arrangements in store as well as some older ones we're bringing back so look forward to it!
Are you ready for ICCA? We sure are!!! The big day is finally here and we're excited to be competing tomorrow night here in Berkeley! See you all at Wheeler Auditorium at 8pm (not 7pm as previously advertised)!

Hello everybody! Hope everyone's break has been going really well! The Spring semester officially started today, and as people start trickling back in to Berkeley before the start of classes next week, we here are AiR are also going to start kicking it back into gear!

We have also posted our own recordings of our set (not necessarily any better than the ones already online) on our Youtube account. In the meantime, we're performing again this Tuesday (tomorrow!), Nov. 18 at the Big Sing Off against Stanford! 8pm in 155 Dwinelle. Hope to see you there!

Hallelujah! The website is back up and running! We hope not to get hacked again any time in the near future. *crossing fingers* The layout is very similar to the old website, but let me assure you that the innards have been completely redone and some of the content has been updated. Expect more frequent updates on this site than in the past. Not much is going on during the summer, but we're going to hit the ground running in the fall!
